So far they have plundered our national property, destroyed hundreds of thousands of tiny and medium-sized private Polish companies. Now they're planning a jump on our properties.
They'll do it in a fewer stages. phase 1 – tame people with the fact that in general the word "catastral tax" is the subject of a debate. That's what's happening.
Stage 2 – statements of "experts" scorning that the introduction of this taxation is essential for owners of respective housing units (e.g. 3 or more), for various reasons; now this argument is "healing" the real property market. So far the POLITICAL MAFIE have completely devastated the real property marketplace by pumping dozens (or possibly even hundreds) of billions of PLN into the hands of developers, now they will heal it by stealing our property.
Stage 3 – a feeling for owners with respective properties (e.g. speculators, tenement houses) and the introduction of cadastral tax, for the beginning of a small, then successively increased.
Next steps in a nutshell:
Fourth phase – cadastral taxation of owners of 2 dwellings (and more)
Fifth phase – cadastral taxation of all properties.
Stage six – draining property owners by raising cadastral taxation rates.
Stage 7 – Expropriation of owners for debts from cadastral tax.
There are choices, so they will be in different ways scheming on this subject, although the thought of introducing this (catastral) taxation is no longer hidden.

"Democracy will then flourish like crazy (as long as its branches do not break from excess flowers and fruits!): what Tusk will come up with, then the Sejm will pass, the legislature will clap, and Trzaskowski will sign. Well, and the Constitutional Court, "reflected" yet from the mean paws of the PIS and "properly" cast, confirms compliance with the constitution."
The Ministry is presently working on how to introduce the cadastral taxation and how to deceive us, Poles, so that we do not rebel besides much.
