There is simply a judgement of the TEU against advertising pharmacies in Poland

The Court of Justice of the European Union ruled on Thursday that the ban on advertising pharmacies, pharmacy outlets and their activities in Poland is against EU law. A complaint against Poland was lodged by the European Commission in 2024.
