The CJEU has issued a judgement on the ban on advertising pharmacies in Poland

The Court of Justice of the European Union ruled on Thursday that the ban on advertising pharmacies, pharmacy outlets and their activities in Poland is incompatible with EU law. A complaint against Poland was filed in this case by the European Commission in 2024.
