The case of Marcin Romanowski. The court decided to complain to the Member's defence officer who fled to Hungary

The Warsaw territory court did not take into account the complaint of defence of Mr PiS Marcin Romanowski to the decision to arrest him. Nor did he take into account the defence's request to exclude 1 of the judges. Prosecutor Bartosz Grabowski as well as the deputy chief of MS Bartosz Lewandowski informed about the decision of the court.
