The German company Rheinmetall AG announced that it has received another order for Elefant 2 dense ballast tractor-trailers. As part of this delivery, the Bundeswehr will receive an additional 56 vehicles. Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles (RMMV) will deliver the Elefant 2 vehicles in 2026 and 2027. The contract is valued at about 60.5 million EUR gross.
