The British army is looking for mortars on wheels. Chance for Cancer?

This information was given during the Future Indirect Fires Conference. It means giving up the acquisition of a self-propelled mortar with an open structure, which, as the actions in Ukraine show, is simply a more dangerous solution for the crew than those placed in a closed tower. Due to its construction on its serviced soldiers, atmospheric factors specified as rain, snow or wind influence and are much more susceptible to the mention of wounds or death as a consequence of gunfire, or the dropping of a combat agent by an incoming quadrocopter. The choice of mortar/armathore for the British is to be made by tender, although the exact parameters to be met by the proposed strategy are not given.
