Donald Tusk announced a fresh national safety strategy aimed at making Poland the strongest military state in the region – writes "The Telegraph". According to Natalie Vogel of the IWP Center for Intermarium Studies, the words of the Polish Prime Minister are part of the "psychological war" aimed at both Russia and interior opposition.
