The scandal of the Justice Fund is considered 1 of the most delicate points of settlement with the erstwhile government. Not only due to the scale of possible abuses, but above all due to the fact that the key evidence does not come from political opponents, but from the very center of the United Right camp. The recordings, papers and letters were produced by people straight active in the functioning of the fund, which makes it importantly more hard to defend against accusations of "political hunting".
