Today, the Justice Fund is 1 of the most delicate settlement points with the erstwhile authority. Not only due to the scale of possible abuses, but above all due to the fact that the key evidence comes not from political opponents, but from the center of the United Right camp. Recordings, papers and letters were produced by individuals straight active in the operation of the fund, which importantly impedes the defence against allegations of "political hunting".
