Donald Trump's administration will face tiny businesses and a group of states in the U.S. ultimate Court on Wednesday that say most of the president's tariffs are illegal and should be lifted. If the court agrees with them, Trump's trade strategy will change, and the government will likely gotta repay any of the billions of dollars collected in tariffs.
