The Balkan "Wolf" in Russian service

The figure of Davor Savičić, known under the pseudonym "Wolf", shows well that Russia's war against Ukraine is not limited to the actions of the regular army, mobilization and authoritative contracts concluded with the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation. Its backroom besides has a little transparent infrastructure: networks of intermediaries, mercenaries, erstwhile fighters, people from criminal backgrounds and people with experience in irregular conflicts.
