The resignation of Major General Artur Kępczyński is related to the failure of anti-tank mines that were traveling by train across Poland for 10 days - according to media reports. The general initially did not study the incidental to his superiors. The wagon with the weapons was supposedly found in an IKEA warehouse. An investigation is underway, and respective military personnel have been charged.
