The Americans have started deliveries of the second tranche of E-2D Hawkeye to Japan

On 18 October, 2 Northrop Grumman E-2D Hawkeye early informing and command aircraft ordered by the Japan Self-Defense Forces were unloaded from a merchant ship at the Iwakuni naval air base in Japan.
