The Americans are severely limiting their presence in NATO

The Americans are not leaving NATO completely, but are withdrawing from the centers where the Alliance and partners organize exercises, conduct analyses and prepare for future crises and wars. Although this may look little spectacular than the simplification of troops, it will have immense consequences for Europe.
