The amendment of the law on assistance to citizens of Ukraine in connection with the conflict is incompatible with the Constitution - the Constitutional Tribunal ruled on Tuesday. The reason is the way the bill was passed; the Constitutional Tribunal stressed that no votes were allowed by Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik.
