Prisons do not want any changes to the Prison Service Act, which was prepared by the Justice Ministry. As they emphasize, not only do they neglect to meet uniform expectations, but they are aimed at their interests. The chance to block the modifications is to get support from president Andrzej Duda. The amendment was already passed by the Sejm and it was placed on its desk.
