Judge of the Court of Appeals in Gdańsk Vladimir Brazewicz was appointed by Minister Adam Bodnar to lead the case of a justice who does not want to execute his duties in the Section of Preparatory Procedure and cases for a joint conviction in the XII Criminal Division of the territory Court in Warsaw.
