Włodzimierz Brazewicz, a justice of the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk, was appointed by Minister Adam Bodnar to handle the case of a justice who does not want to execute her duties in the Section of Preparatory Proceedings and Cases for the Issuance of a Joint conviction in the 12th Criminal Division of the territory Court in Warsaw.
