Speech by Krzysztof Bosak at the large Confederacy Convention in the Katowice Poddek.

Hello Katowice, can you hear me? Welcome to the Confederate Convention. Look, here we go! We are at the heart of our run climax! But, my friends, to do this, to do it, it's going to take a long and hard work that our environments are doing. And that's something to say. It's not gonna happen alone! This will not happen due to the fact that 1 election consequence will confirm our intentions. This is simply a conflict that is spread over years. Many of us have been in this occupation for many years. And we in this occupation will go step by step, besides after the upcoming elections.

Everyone's analyzing the next election consequence from what will be next month. We ask ourselves, working politically, what happens in 5 years, what happens in 10 years, what happens in 15, 50, and 100 years! It gives us the courage to take on unpopular topics. This gives us the courage to do something that nobody else does in Polish politics, namely to let ourselves to be comfortable in telling the truth. Whether it's popular or not. Whether it comes from polls and qualitative studies, the public already understands what we gotta say at this stage. And the last fewer years have shown very clearly that we were right about many things! A fewer months or even a fewer years before the others! This message must break through to society in our campaign.

None of us have illusions, here there are no equal rules of play; here there is no equal ground on which we compete. Each of our communications is and will be distorted. Each of our sentences will be ripped out of context. And we, despite censorship in mainstream media, despite the over a year of censorship on the most popular social platform, despite various attempts to manipulate algorithms, we inactive scope the public with what is true! Why? due to the fact that people have a natural desire for truth. They have a natural objection to this if they are deceived if they are treated without respect. And that is precisely how Poles have been treated for many past years! And I don't think there's a time erstwhile it came out any more than during a pandemic, where we were the only ones who said that it was all that served the bleached cartel promoted by the media of political parties and large media promoting each other, and promoting their alleged on-call authority that it was highly doubtful, or we specifically said it was not true!

That we're irresponsible. And in retrospect, it is evident that the most irresponsible were those who implemented solutions, on nobody untested, on the full society, regardless of the cost and regardless of the damage! And we reject specified a policy!

Listen, but let's get this straight. What is our idea? What is our thought of being outside this dispute? Well, we don't want to be manipulated into false polarity. This way of manipulating Polish society is tested by sociologists and people who manage large media much longer than the circular table layout. This method has been tested since the Polish People's Republic of Poland. If there's a social conflict, we're studying moods, we're creating false opposition, we're creating any kind of safety valve to relieve tension, and we're not letting people who have a different approach truly start to mean something.

We break this pattern, which has worked in Poland for so many years. And for us to break it down, this occupation that I said at first, that we did, it's not just an election run that many of you are helping, and we're truly grateful for that, due to the fact that without the engagement of thousands of people, we wouldn't be in the place where we are. This is first of all... Let's hear it for everyone involved! Give it up for all average activists who do it for the idea, out of a sense of work and out of heart! On the another hand, what we request in the long term, and that is what I wanted to say, is to form a real counter-elite. It's not adequate that we get a good election once. We must have staffs to replace those immoral people who have filled all the influential positions at the moment! In public media, which became organization media, in the Treasury Companies, in administration. Even if we want to cut those influences, individual has to do it. We request hundreds and thousands of people. They must recruit from average Poles who feel in their heart this civic commitment and decision with us to this work, just as each of us at any phase entered it! Many years ago. And he's doing this job. Why? Not to myself. But that's why, so that we can leave Poland to our better children! So we can look into the eyes erstwhile they ask us what you did erstwhile they stole your country?! What did you do erstwhile they traded your sovereignty?

And then, so that we can say with a clear conscience: we did our occupation well. Whether it was a level of self-government or a level of Parliament. Look what's happening in the European Union right now. We are the only ones who are articulated a programme beneficial to citizens and to our country. And what does everybody tell us? That you can't! You can't usage veto law! You can't even do that in the areas where we have them! You couldn't reject the Treaty of Lisbon, right? You couldn't reject Fit for 55. You couldn't disagree with the covid fund! It was impossible to reject Eurotaxes – they tell us so! Is that true? Of course not! We would reject all of this, but we must replace them. Not to deal with them, but to replace them!

That is the Confederate strategy, which inactive a part of our society does not believe in, and, above all, practically all influential journalists question it at all turn. I talk to them privately, too. They truly do not believe that in Polish politics there is yet individual who wants to play on his own principles, not just a group of colleagues and respective people from his own household to set up for functions and to settle for it, possibly any wealth benefit. They don't believe it yet, but after the next election, they'll see it's true! That's all we say is that we're serious! They did not believe after the erstwhile elections that if we entered the Sejm, we would not share, we would last and increase our support. We showed it's true! They didn't believe we wouldn't sale ourselves for the benefit of the government. It has turned out that we are the only political formation that not a single MP has sold for wealth benefits to vote with the government! Not one!

At the moment, different, media-promoted analysts and alleged experts are at the phase of disbelief that a government may arise after the election, even if any organization does not have a majority. Hey, let's think, is that possible? possibly this is the situation we have right now in the Sejm?! It's not like that. If only Members elected from the letter of the Law and Justice voted for the current government, this government would have been long gone! But they inactive don't believe.

My dears, we must reconstruct the religion not to them, due to the fact that they are corrupted often, they are decadent. We must give hope to average Poles, and we already do. During the meetings we have with Sławek, driving around Poland, we hear from people: you have restored my interest in politics! Thanks to you, I'm considering returning from emigration. We request more of those voices!
Poles must truly regain religion that it is possible, through this democratic channel of influence on the state, to represent their actual interests. In all field. In EU policy – do not quit any further competences. The blackmail's already started. It has already begun to blackmail that fresh EU treaties are being created and that we will gotta agree to them. The Confederacy is clear: no treaties in which at least 1 thing, although 1 more thing, would be taken from Warsaw and moved to Brussels. No way!
The more of us in the Sejm, the little chance we have! And we're the only ones who warrant it. due to the fact that we were the only ones who knew what the Treaty of Lisbon was. We were the only ones who said that. And everyone else said, this is simply a large deal, we've been secured. That's what they said at the covid fund, and that's what they're gonna say all the time. We request this in the European Union erstwhile it comes to economical regulation. Look what's going on. Expanding the ETS – has anyone even started talking about it in the media? The government announces that it will build a Central Communication Port and at the same time the EU extends the ETS to aviation! possibly this tells us that inexpensive flying ends? Expanding the ETS to build. Have any of you heard from people who don't follow our sources about the fact that they're preparing to pay climate taxes for surviving in brick houses? To what era do they want us back? Has anyone heard of climate renovations of buildings that are being prepared? Energy efficiency class! After all, we are the only political force to explain this! And they say, Confederate radicals, Confederate populists! How, if the only people we effort to explain to Poles, what is going on in Brussels?! Where are the pro-European forces?
Where are all the supporters of “more EU regulation” buried? Where are their slogan “more Europe”? Translate! Explain.

Where are the honest debates about all this? Of course they're not here. They're afraid to debate with us. We're getting calls from different newsrooms right now: are you coming with this, or are you coming with that? Will you stand for debate? The Confederacy is the only force who is not afraid to talk to anyone! We've proven it, we've shown it! They're afraid due to the fact that they know the fact is on our side!

Look at the Confederate proposals in the economy. They are not, contrary to what they say, radical. To represent us as radicals, they look for old speeches, they look for old program proposals before we sat down and developed a realistic and beneficial programme for average Poles. And those who work and those who do business. So that we can yet gain our living!

So we can gain our lives. So it's not like the state of a common man takes most of what he's going to work out, and what's going to be done is later being robbed by inflation. We're the only ones talking about it. And look at the manipulations that are happening right now! Counting that our program is supposedly little beneficial! How are the calculations done? There is no “100 specifics” of the Civic Platform in these calculations! Did anyone number what it would cost? Treating all the social programmes voted on so far, including the extension of 500+ to 800+ as something that has already been, so we don't number it! This is simply a joke! This is simply a joke! We are. We are the only force that voted against the extension of social programmes!

Not due to the fact that we want to take something from someone, but due to the fact that we know that to give something to someone, you gotta take it from everyone first! If not right now, in the future. That's how the debt mechanics works. If not openly, it is hidden – this is how the inflation mechanics works. This mechanics cannot be deceived, contrary to what all alleged progressive economists claim. This is physically and mathematically impossible. We are the only ones who have the courage to say this. We as the only ones have the courage to say that without changing the way the wellness strategy works, there will be no improvement in quality! Therefore, as the only ones we had the courage to say: yes – economical calculation, yes – competition, yes, perhaps, in any areas, co-payment. Yes – a competitive strategy of wellness insurance funds. Without that, there will be no progress. What does everybody else say? Throw in the money and it'll get better! They put in a pandemic. Is it better?

So erstwhile again, as the only ones we have a program beneficial for Poles. We're the only ones who want to defend the rights we have. This is not radicalism. That's conservative. It turned out that in those positions where we are – let us keep what we have – the Polish economy, better or worse, but created a mechanics in which this economical improvement is. Let's keep it! Let's not strangle it. Let's not strangle it with any stupid radicalism.

We don't want to ban combustion cars! We do not want to stigmatize as damaging planets those who want to live in houses consistent with the 2020 construction standard, not 2026! That's normal!

We don't want a planet where no 1 can afford to live and travel! And we don't want to be cheated that someone's gonna give us all the money. due to the fact that it won't! The time erstwhile the European Union presented its intentions and programmes to finance all of this is over. This time is over! Ask politicians all another options. They'll shut up! They have nothing to say. They already know that here is “game over”. We will gotta pay for everything ourselves – and there is no money for it! No 1 has the money for that! Neither in the EU budget nor in the national budget. That is why we must reject these regulations. And now they're telling us, you can't! You can't. Finally, we request to start believing that we can. That if we challenge something, individual will gotta seriously sit down with Poles to negotiate! There hasn't been a situation like this yet. The political elite representing Poles, going to Brussels, is pretending to negotiate! You know what they say in the slang of journalists? That you're going to Brussels to get a picture! You're going to get a image with another leaders.

We as Poles must halt rewarding this mechanics of policy. We request to halt rewarding and start stigmatizing. Did you come back without success from Brussels? Go away. Pass the function. You negotiated a bad deal, like Morawiecki in 2020 on Fit for 55, on a covid debt fund, on a KPO? Have you been deceived? Go distant in disgrace!

Economic and EU policies are inextricably linked, but we besides have another fields where Poles must yet be represented normally. Normally, i.e. proportional to your strength in our country. I mean the direction of Ukrainian politics. That's 2 words to say. Look, the story of this partnership, let alone friendship, patting on the back, is in ruins! You can see that the Confederation as the only force correctly read the dynamics of relations between Poland and Ukraine, which was based on the usage of Polish naivety! utilizing the naivety of politicians who are in government. “Naïveness” is the most favorable explanation for them. The naivety or betrayal they've made.

And a real rivalry. Political rivalry, economical competition. Now you can see it with tremendous force. And here's 1 thing to say again. The Confederation was the only political force in Poland that did not advocate the unconditional beginning of the EU marketplace to all products from Ukraine! Platform, PiS, PSL, Left, they were all behind it!

Moreover, they knew that this would be an economical damage. Pretending to be amazed is any kind of complete misunderstanding. Their erstwhile Minister of Agriculture Ardanowski spoke about the deficiency of adequate means of transport, infrastructure, so that everything produced in Ukraine would pass through Poland. Nobody has the right to pretend to be surprised! What happened was knowingly allowed. What happened was knowingly allowed to the detriment of Poles, to the detriment of our agriculture, to the detriment of Polish hosts. And let's think about what political strength was in all the demonstrations with farmers erstwhile the “Friday of Kaczyński against farmers” came? erstwhile did it come to protest at the border? erstwhile was the subject not yet media? What was the political force? Let's remember... yes, it was a Confederate!

That is why this must be said very clearly. There are people from agricultural families in the Confederation, there are Polish farmers in the Confederation, they operate in our structures, in all parties – we do not have a specialized organization in this section. In the Confederation there are people who work in the processing industry, in the Confederation is curious in this subject and the Confederation is simply a force that will represent common sense demands in the next word of the Sejm on food safety and defence of Polish agriculture! Not only from the evil impulses of Brussels, but from the harmful, destructive policies of PiS, Platform, Left and PSL! due to the fact that all those parties in this episode have compromised!

Three words about the migration crisis. Look, there is no another organization that has indicated for years that the Law and Justice have been a organization of hypocrites in the area of migration policy. We can have divided sentences, and we most likely have, about how many immigrants should enter Poland, and from what direction. How to balance long-term national interests and short-term economical benefits. We request to discuss this openly. But we were the only ones to see from the beginning that PiS said something completely different in the election run and did something completely different. Now any say that Poland has no migration policy strategy. That's not true! Poland has a real migration policy strategy, which was adopted – unofficially – in 2018, hidden and implemented. This strategy is to adopt as much as possible, legally, as shortly as possible! This is simply a real strategy. And the fact that there's a visa scandal, that's just a spatter. It's just a fewer people wanted to make money out of it, and they did. But the real problem for us, as for Poles, is that a mechanics of mass, uncontrolled immigration into Poland from circles completely culturally alien, without any thought what we are expected to do with it in the long term! There is no discussion about this! There was not a single debate in Parliament about this. And the Confederacy is needed as a very strong force in the next parliamentary word so that this discussion will begin! No political correctness. To build a average strategy that will let us not to repeat the mistakes of the West. Bo nie we want a multi-kulti here, we just want Poland to be Polish!

I would point out that we were the only political force to talk about the request to defend borders before the Law and Justice started building this wall! As the only ones! Those “returned” from the Civic Coalition, who now operate the national language, anti-immigrant, have discovered the souls of the nationalists for 2 or 3 weeks! It's a joke! This is ridiculous! They just wanted to strip the wall, and now they want to defend the borders? Down with them! Down with hypocrites from Polish politics!
Poland must be a safe country, a country in which all Poles who work in appropriate services, i.e. in the Border Guard, in the Armed Forces, in all institutions active in order to keep order here, must be respected. It cannot be that public institutions are active in defaming Poles who aid keep order in our country, so that it does not turn into a corridor of uncontrolled mass immigration to Western Europe! That can't happen, and we won't let that happen! We were the only ones on the border, expressing solidarity, how this full affair started, with Border defender officers! And how did that happen? We knew what was going on there, due to the fact that a fewer years earlier, as the only politicians from Poland we were on the Hungarian border! And we saw what was going on!

The Confederacy, contrary to all that our opponents say about us, and in fact the majority of the media ecosystem are our opponents, openly or not completely public—all the another parties are our opponents, they would have given much for us to be removed from Parliament so that we could return to their dream situation erstwhile there was no Confederacy in the Sejm erstwhile they could pose a dispute among themselves.

The Confederacy is the strength of political responsibility. To Poland and to Poles. TThere is simply a strong work to balance long-term national interests and current economical benefits. The Confederacy is simply a force in which people who frequently have somewhat different views, but who agree with each another in the basic principles. And now any ask, is the Confederacy going downtown? Has the Confederacy changed its views on any matter? We do not want to change our views on any perfect matter. On the another hand, we started talking about crucial issues for average Poles who are not curious in ideology, but who are worried about their existence! And there's nothing incorrect with wanting to make material arguments to convince the Confederacy is the best political option! due to the fact that that's the truth! due to the fact that we're the only ones with the right solutions! And we want to combine idealism with a sensible economical and state programme! And we're doing it! And for the last 3 weeks, the election run with this message has arrived!

That's the message we're convincing. This is our election slogan that we are showing today: We can All!, shows our religion in our own strength. If we had not had this faith, we would not have formed our parties. Alone against everything. We wouldn't get along. We would not have joined Parliament in 2019. We would not keep unity in the Confederacy. We wouldn't make a letter, we wouldn't put out tens and hundreds of large candidates. And we wouldn't be going to turn over that table. They're already afraid of it, and they're afraid due to the fact that we know we can do it all together!

Ladies and gentlemen, for the last 3 weeks of our campaign, I want you quite a few strength. Each of us, I turn to those who watch us, must convince everyone we know and we know that they are Confederate sympathizers, to see if they are added to the respective electoral records. This is what our opponents are counting on, that people from the mediate and younger generation vote for us, that they will frequently vote in different places than they were raised or lived in.
