We want to make a Constitution too

On our blog.pl a colleague in his article: ]]>https://naszeblogi.pl/73982-Polish-ration-state-cz-2 will present]]>His priorities and remarks about what should be found in the fresh Constitution, what he promised us on the first day of his power, president Karol Nawrocki. I would like us to "force" the president – I fishy he will agree without hesitation – that The most crucial legal agreement in the country will not only be created by a squad of experts and authorities at the President's office, but besides by comments and proposals from all citizens, which they want to propose something. It is worth creating an office in this project, which will look at and analyse the ideas and remarks of average citizens. And Charles Nawrocki will then be able to boast that his Constitution was created by the full nation.

So I, too, willingly add my 3 cents.

Let us begin by establishing the fundamental principles of the Nawrocki Constitution (I have no uncertainty that as this mediocre 1 was Kwasniewski, this 1 will be remembered as "historical" Nawrocki).

"The state is simply a common work – so the foundation of the constitution must be built not only by the hands of experts but besides by the voice of citizens."

Principle of co-creation by citizens

The Constitution is simply a social agreement, not just a legal document. Its content should express the will of the nation, not just the opinion of experts or politicians.

Experts and lawyers guarantee consistency, compliance with legal tradition and global standards, but citizens are co-authors of values and principles that will be reflected in it.

The process of creating or amending the Constitution should be transparent and open, involving citizens through consultations, citizens' panels, consultation referendums or digital platforms.

Citizen participation guarantees that the constitution will not be treated as an imposed act of power, but as a surviving paper of the national community.

The constitution serves the citizen, but besides the citizen co-responsible for the constitution, standing defender for its spirit and practice.

Let me make any historical quotes:

Jean-Jacques Rousseau and his Social Agreement (1762). He wrote that A man, entering society, gains rights and protection, but in return must submit to certain obligations towards the community.

John F. Kennedy's celebrated words are"Ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country." These words fell during his inaugural speech in 1961.

The constitution should not be simply a text written by the elite, but a social agreement in which all citizen has a sense of co-participation.

Experts shall guarantee legal consistency, logic, compliance with global order and legal history.

Citizens give the constitution a soul – their demands, experiences and expectations make the paper not a dead letter, but a reflection of the real values of society.

"Working for the State gives remuneration, service to the State makes sense. At work you give your time, in service you give your heart.”

"The Constitution becomes strong not erstwhile only the wise compose it, but erstwhile the nation recognizes its voice in it."

Well, how are you, folks? Do you have any ideas for a fresh constitution?

PS. I'll effort to communicate with the president's office. possibly individual will read it, think about it and pass it on. How about Charles Nawrocki?
