InPost's mobile application introduced a test, in collaboration with BuyCoffee.to platform, the option of tipping couriers.
– Mr Rafale, if you want to make up for your employees, there is simply a simple method for this: give them raises and yet average employment contracts – appealed to InPost's boss and owner Adrian Zandberg, co-chair of the organization Together. As further wrote the virtualmedia.pl portal, the anticipation of tipping will appear in the InPost Mobile app if the user after receiving the package evaluates transportation to 4 or 5 stars. Then he will be able to pass the selected amount to the courier: by default 3, 5 and 10 PLN, and another amount can be entered.
How tipping works for InPost couriers
Payments can be made by card, via Blik, Google Pay and Apple Pay. The tip will be available within 7 days of receipt of the package. The option is available on all transportation options: to both the Pakczkomatów and to the customer's homes. The basic condition is that the transportation courier has an account on the BuyCoffee.to platform.
Tips will be transferred straight to courier accounts at BuyCoffee.to. On deliveries to Multicritics, the amounts will be shared equally between suppliers of all packages in the box.
Adrian Zandberg: rise alternatively of tips
However, the fresh option for InPost's customers was commented on on social media. – Skeptics of this thought say that erstwhile ordering a package they already pay for the service of its delivery. Apparently, you only pay this Lys on top, and the courier on b2b must be paid out of the “help for the courier” action – it is written on X on the criticism of many large companies profile Ministry of underdevelopment and Technophobia.
– What? Can't you afford to give the courier a raise? Fucking skins, you don't know how hard this occupation is. We are waiting for children with cans, collecting money for our pack heroes at Christmas – added.
How Much InPost Earns
