Following the cancellation of the flood threat in West Pomerania, soldiers of the 14th West Pomeranian Territorial Defence now operate in the south of the country. In the towns of Dolnośląskie and Opolskie voivodships, they aid rebuild flood-damaged homes, apartments, public buildings or sacral monuments. About half a 1000 WOT soldiers from our voivodship have already participated in the operation in the south of the country.
The West Pomeranian Territories have returned to areas destroyed by flooding. At first, respective twelve of them were there just after the flood wave passed, saving the inhabitants' possessions and helping to remove the harm that was done by large water in Opole and Lower Silesia. Later, erstwhile the culmination wave approached the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship, soldiers of 14 ZBOT were transferred from there to our voivodship, where they secured areas threatened with flooding or sinking. erstwhile the threat passed, West Pomeranian WOT soldiers in Operation Feniks again hit the south of the country. For 2 and a half weeks they have been helping residents rebuild the destroyed towns. To this day, about 500 soldiers of the 14th West Pomeranian Territorial Defence Brigade have already participated in this operation.
The localities in which 14 ZBOT soldiers were operating or operating are the most destroyed by the destructive element: Kłodzko, Śląskie and Lądek Zdrój in the Lower Silesian and Nysa Voivodeship and Głuchołazy in the Opole Voivodeship.

They emphasize that they meet with the large kindness of the inhabitants, who frequently thank them with tears in their eyes for helping them rebuild their homes and localities.

I am pleased with the affirmative consequence of our soldiers, due to the fact that we have no problems with the completion of the subdivisions that go to these areas. And it must be stressed: our soldiers are volunteers who have private and professional lives outside the army.
Soldiers of the 14th West Pomeranian Territorial Defence Brigade execute their tasks in the south of the country supporting WOT soldiers from the 13th Silesian and 16th Lower Silesian OT brigades, cooperating with firefighters from the volunteer and state fire brigades and local governments, which indicate places and buildings where military assistance is needed.
