Territorials emergence even as soldiers leave

The size of the Territorial defence Forces exceeded 40 1000 soldiers, of which almost 35 1000 were volunteers of the Territorial Military Service. The formation is constantly expanding in number despite the fact that comparatively many, about 10 1000 soldiers have left, mainly from the Territorial Military Service.
