Teresa Bożena Stanek was born on 13 October 1929 in Kielce.

Lieutenant Teresa Bożena Stanek ps. “Mitsuko”, a soldier of the Home Army, a girl scout of the “Ry ranks” of the Krakow AK Corps, a righteous man, highly modest and boundless devoted work for the good of the country. Kombatanka, acting president of the General Board of the planet Army Soldiers Association from 28 July 2021 and president of the General Board of the planet National Army Soldiers Union from 2021 to 2024.

During the German okoption, she attended secret sets at the advanced School and the advanced School of Blessed KInga in her hometown.

During the war, she co-organized the cultural life of her hometown, concerts, poetic evenings, meetings with writers hiding in Kielce.

She began the military service in the structures of the Grey Orders, providing reports, buns as a liaison and paramedic.

She joined the National Arnia, took part in actions of "a small sabotage". She participated in preparations for the “Action of the Storm”, sold conspiracy materials and did many auxiliary work for the military.

Polish associate of planet War II, Kombatan and local government activist, Lieutenant of the Polish Army at rest, associate of the Bureau of the Management Board of the planet Association of National Army Soldiers (ŚZŻAK).

After the war, she studied classical archaeology and prehistory of Poland.

She worked, among others, at the “Reader” and at the PWN State Publishing House, where she was elected Vice-President
NSZZ ‘Solidarity’ (1980).

During the German occupation, she stayed in the household Kielce, where she attended secret sets at the State advanced School and the Blessed Kingi advanced School.

She participated in organizing cultural life, including concerts and poetic evenings.

She was part of the Grey Series, which included reporting, communications and sanitation.
After the war, she began studies in classical archaeology and prehistory of Poland, as well as working in publications “Reader” and PWN.

After the systemic transformation in Poland in 1990–2002 she was a councillor of the Warsaw-Śródmieście territory and the Warsaw-Centrum commune. As of 1991, she belonged to the planet Army Soldiers' Union.
Teresa Stanek was president of the National Soldiers Environment of the AK, the “Jodła” Corps, as well as a associate of the Bureau of the Board of the planet Union of National Army Soldiers for the 2018–2021 term
In May 2021, she was appointed Vice president of the Social Affairs of the planet Union of National Army Soldiers, and on 28 July 2021 she was elected president of the Board of the planet Association of National Army Soldiers, replacing Jerzy Żelaśkiewicz.

In October 2021, she was elected president of the General Board of the planet Army Soldiers Association, as reported on 8 October 2021 by the press spokesperson of the planet National Army Soldiers Association Adam Stefan Lewandowski.
