***

I'm moving to you, Priest George.

Lights light and flowers arrange

Join the guards of the faithful metallurgists

from the mountains to bow down with a mountain singing

and smek advanced bring comfort

From the fields of green hope of birth

and seeds and bread and fruits of truth

mining lamp

and carved Madonna from black coal

Sea sound from the shipyard

Love From Losing People

and poet's poem

flowers from Saint Peter

And a rosary of memory beads

Believe that good will come true

and the word Solidarity

in banners of head and heart

I'm moving to you, Priest George.

with a prayer of faithfulness and promise

Your faithful Poland.

Holy Mass 23 April 1985
