Tension in front of the Smolensk monument. "It's starting again"

Jarosław Kaczyński laid a wreath at Piłsudski Square on the 15th anniversary of the Smolensk catastrophe. He clashed with protesters in front of the monument commemorating the victims of April 10. "I am saddened by this," the PiS president said to the shouting people.
