To countries that do not fulfil their obligations and spend besides small on the military, Donald Trump may endanger to reduce the U.S. military presence - says Artur Kacprzyk, analyst of the Polish Institute of global Affairs (PISM). Spain is an example of a country that spends the least on defence throughout NATO.
