Armoured problems of an Asian giant. Will the Americans help?

The program of the Indian base tank Arjun, which has been moving since de facto 1971, erstwhile it was decided to make its native design, faces many problems, both method and organizational. Arjun himself is not the best design, it is not even a good plan and as a program it should be deleted long ago, and the forces and resources should be directed towards a fresh tank program, richer with gained experience, including the negative ones.
