Cheap bullet for Ukraine. And not only

The war in Ukraine showed that in order to accomplish success, it is not essential to have weapons with advanced method parameters. They affect advanced manufacturing costs and a limited volume of production, which is lower than the full-scale conflict requires. This class's weapons can be utilized with opportunities, against highly valuable targets, but they do not meet all needs. There is besides a request for "on a regular basis", a large number, i.e. comparatively inexpensive and low complexity, while gathering certain satisfactory minimum method parameters. The best example here are utilized by both sides of glide bombs. The Russians usage FAB bombs of various ranges with applied UMPK sets turning them into precise weapons, and above all enabling them to attack targets from behind their own lines, even from 50 km away. Meanwhile, Ukrainians usage French Hammer gliders and American JDAM-ER and tiny Diameter Bomb (SDB) bombs with a scope of about 70 km.
