Zbigniew Ziobro resides in Hungary, where he chose before voting in the Sejm to deprive him of immunity, punishment, detention and arrest. Ziobro stated on Radio Maryja that he informed about his departure to Budapest in advance, and the ruling “failed the case”, due to the fact that if the vote was held at a different time, he could be in Poland.
"Theoretically, they should not be surprised. Turns out they blew it too. most likely if they did it at a different time, I would be in Poland, in the Polish Sejm and they would most likely have carried out their full task effectively" - he said.
Finally, he announced that the action he would take in the current situation would "not fit into Tusk's script and make problems for them bigger than smaller ones in the future."
