The historical coin from the times of the Republic of Both Nations reached a staggering price during the auction in the capital of Norway. The gold “chocimska coin” of Zygmunt III Vasa, minted in 1621 in Bydgoszcz, was sold for a evidence 19.2 million Norwegian crowns, or about 7 million zlotys.
