Mysterious net problems in Moscow. Tracks lead to FSB

For a week now, residents and 13-million-dollar Moscow business have been heavy complaining about problems with access to the network. Companies can't trade, couriers get lost in the city, pharmacies don't follow prescriptions, bank customers lose access to accounts and ATMs. The Kremlin and the operators tell the Russians that “everything works normally”.
