Father Tadeusz Rydzyk has more reasons to be happy. The National Broadcasting Council made a key decision in his case. The priest was to be targeted at materials containing "typical means of manipulation". The punishment for this act is to amount to over PLN 142 thousand, but an appeal has been announced.
