Tadeusz Płużański: From Pabst to Bierut and Michnikowski

On 26 October 1945, the illegal, communist National Council issued an unlawful decree on the transfer of all land within the borders of Warsaw to the municipality of the capital city. The alleged Bierut decree was a continuation of the plunder carried out by the Germans.
