Simon Holownia went off on a reparation from Germany. What does Donald Tusk say?

The Marshal of the Sejm Simon Holovnia clearly declared his position on war reparations from Germany. In his opinion, Poland should establish a National Defence Fund, to which our neighbours will contribute billions of euros. Is his thought feasible, given the joint speech of Prime Minister Donald Tusk and the fresh German Chancellor Friedrich Merz?
