Fast trains from Poland to the Czech Republic and Germany. The minister promises, but problems are multiplying

Minister Klimczak wants the Polish Railway of large velocity to connect to the network in Germany and the Czech Republic. This would importantly reduce the travel time between the largest cities in the region. There's 1 problem. While Germany is pleased with this solution, Czechs want to delete the planned KDP line to Poland.
