Lvkv 90 is simply a modernized version of the anti-aircraft kit that hit the weapons of the Swedish Armed Forces in the 1990s. It was created by a combination of standard BWP CV90 weapons in the Swedish variant (Bofors 40 mm, with the anticipation of utilizing programmable ammunition) with systems for detecting and tracking air purposes (radar and optoelectronic) and an appropriate fire control system.
