It's a form of peer force and cyber violence.. It's just force against women" - said Martyna Wojciechowska.In consequence to this disturbing phenomenon MEN has developed a guide "Safe School", which includes recommendations on physical and digital safety of students.There are paragraphs for that.Self - appointed moral defenders cannot feel unpunished. In consequence to the interview on taking action to combat hatred in the form of the alleged Arkadiusz Myrch patrol season, the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Justice stated: "From the analysis of online recordings and media communications, it can be concluded that participants of specified activities, depending on, among others, age, may in any cases commit an offence in the form of disorderly conduct (Article 51 of the Code of Offence) or malicious concern of the victim (Article 107 of the Code of Offence), as well as the crimes of defamation (Article 212 of the Criminal Code), insults (Article 216 of the Criminal Code), or persistent harassment, i.e. stalking (Article 190a of the Criminal Code)."Arkadius Myrch besides recalled that even those under the age of 18may be required by the court to make amends and apologies to the victim.
