Israel Katz reported on Monday that he issued IDF instructions to implement the plan “to make a fresh humanitarian city in confederate Gaza on the ruins of Rafah”. According to this plan, about 600,000 Palestinians presently in the Mawasi coastal area in the confederate part of the region are to be placed in the first stage. The relocation process is intended to include safety screening to let for the capture of Hamas members. 2 million people are going to live there, which would be banned from leaving the ‘humane city’ unless they agreed to ‘voluntary emigration’.
