Shocking decision on Sławomir Nowak. What happened to "Polish thread"?

The Warsaw court dismissed the case of the alleged "Polish thread" in the corruption scandal connected with Sławomir Nowak. The decision was made before the formal trial began, and the justification was "the apparent absence of grounds for prosecution".
