Schools get laptops. A giant tender has been announced, and conditions are damaging competition

The Ministry of Digitization announced a tender for the acquisition of 735,000 laptops, browser laptops and tablets for schools, worth PLN 1.41 billion. Meanwhile, controversial conditions for certificates have been established. The effect is that only 4 suppliers are eligible.
