Harmful substances found in Azerbaijani oil. Is that a Kremlin warning?

Azerbaijan's export oil was contaminated with the same substances as the Russian oil pipeline "Friendship" in 2019. This happened 2 days after the president of Azerbaijan publically supported Ukraine in its fight against the Russian occupation.
