A wider scope of means of direct coercion will enter the border

On Thursday, the list of legislative works of the Council of Ministers published a draft Act amending certain laws to improve the activities of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, the Police and the Border defender in the event of a threat to the safety of the state. The individual liable for the task is Deputy Prime Minister, National Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz. As noted, **the planned deadline for the adoption of fresh regulations by the Council of Ministers is the second 4th of 2024**.
