Head of the German abroad Ministry: this is not a plan

According to the head of the German MFA, revealed on Thursday the "peace plan" for Ukraine is far from the final document. The minister thus shared the opinion of head of American diplomacy Marco Rubio. Prior to that, doubts were raised by the head of EU diplomacy.
