Head of NATO: Europe and Canada presume work for Ukraine from the US

The leaders of NATO associate States will meet on Tuesday and Wednesday in The Hague to discuss the challenges facing the North Atlantic Alliance. The main subject will be to increase NATO's financial commitments on defence to 5% of GDP.
