The Minister of abroad Affairs of Ukraine Andrij Sybiha had a conversation in Sweden on Thursday with the Secretary-General of NATO Mark Rutte, concerning the expanding threat from Russia to Ukraine and Europe, which, as stressed, is expanding from the direction of Belarus.
