During the second day of InfoSecurity24Day, which is held as part of this year's Defence24Days edition, FireChat “How to Build a Resistant State?” hosted by Minister of Interior and Administration, peculiar Services coordinator Tomasz Siemoniak. During the conversation, the head of the Ministry of abroad Affairs was asked, among others, whether we as a state drew conclusions – in the substance of building resilience – from the COVID-19 pandemic or the war in Ukraine. "**Crises have it against each another that they force conclusions from them**", said Tomasz Siemoniak.
