The head of KRRiT will not pay a advanced fine. He'll appeal the court's decision

The Provincial Court of Administration in Warsaw ruled that KRRiT is to pay PLN 26.6 million of subscription arrears to Polish Radio, and on the president Maciej Świrski imposed a fine of PLN 50,000. – The cassation complaint will, of course, be filed – announced in a conversation with Virtualmedia.pl Teresa Brykczyńska, KRRiT press representative.
