The president of the National Broadcasting Council imposed on Wednesday PLN 145 1000 penalties on Polish tv for the issue of a study entitled "The Art of Rydzyk". “I remind you that in the Polish national tradition spiritual persons are referred to as priests, father or parent in the case of spiritual sisters.
