KRRiT chief Maciej Świrski complains to the EU Court of State Act

The head of KRRiT Maciej Świrski reported that he is submitting an application to the EU Treaty. It claims that the Court of State Act is incompatible with EU law and infringes the tripartition of power. He besides criticises the actions of the Sejm's committee of responsibility. The president of the committee Zdzisław Gawlik ensures that it acts in accordance with the law.
