Head of HUR: Russia will give Korea atomic technology in exchange for soldiers

The extended cooperation between Russia and Kim's government is the consequence of a common assistance agreement signed in Pjongjang in June 2024. According to Budanov, Russia helps North Korea bypass sanctions and strengthen its atomic potential. The chief of Ukrainian military intelligence believes that Russia is providing North Korea with any tactical atomic weapons and rocket launchers utilized on submarines.
