Cenckiewicz, who accompanied president Karol Nawrock in his visit to the US, stressed that due to the entry of the war in Ukraine into a fresh dangerous phase and the strengthening of the strategical alliance of China with Moscow, "the US should strive to keep the credibility of its doctrine of deterrence".
