In the course of the parliamentary debate, Siewia pointed out that despite the experience of the Smolensk disaster, erstwhile the tragically deceased president took over the duties of the talker of the Sejm, the provisions governing the powers of the marshals of both chambers of parliament in matters of state defence were inactive not introduced. The task foresees their inclusion in this process.
